 Philosophy:    Hard Work Pays off!! I have learned that the hardest worker usually does pretty well in anything. By outworking the rest of the field, your team can move ahead to the championship level. Add to this instruction, which develops strong technicians as athletes to overcome any coaching style they are faced with. Finally, add to this power: Power of the body through strong development of weight training and Power of the mind, by being in stressful winning situations of overcoming adversity. Whether the situation is learning from losses until these losses turn into winning through time or learning from winning by breaking your opponent; a great athlete believes in himself with his coach right behind him believing too!

            Team- never place yourself above the team. You need to do your part however small that may be. Everyone doing their part will bring great pride to a program!

 
            Win- win by being there throughout any situation life brings your way. Win by being brave and believing first that you are a champion but never willing to sacrifice the team or your family. Win by living like a champion even when you don’t feel like it or no one else thinks you are. Win by losing over and over and getting up every time until you become a champion.
